Heartbeat Dixieland Jazz Band provides professional metal finishing services including but not limited to:
- Buffing and polishing services
- Chrome, nickel, gold, and silver plating
- Metal restoration and refinishing
- Industrial coating services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on actual work required after we examine your parts.
A deposit may be required for large orders or custom work. All applicable taxes will be added to invoices as required by law.
4. Customer Responsibilities
When submitting items for service, customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate descriptions of items and desired finishes
- Disclosing any pre-existing damage or special considerations
- Retrieving items within 30 days of completion notice
- Ensuring payment according to our invoicing terms
5. Liability Limitations
While we exercise reasonable care in handling customer items, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the services performed or the replacement cost of the items, whichever is less.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or items that fail due to underlying material defects.
6. Intellectual Property
