1. Our Quality Commitment
At Heartbeat Dixieland Jazz Band, we take pride in delivering exceptional metal finishing services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind the quality of our work.
If you're not satisfied with the results, we will work with you to make it right. Our goal is not just to complete a job — it's to earn your trust and your business for years to come.
2. Quality Guarantee
If you believe the work we performed does not meet the specifications we discussed or the industry standards for quality finishing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your completed items.
We will evaluate your concern and, if we determine our work did not meet agreed specifications, we will re-work the items at no additional charge.
3. Service Payments
Standard Services:
- Payment is due upon completion of work
- Items will not be released until full payment is received
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
Large Projects and Production Runs:
- A 50% deposit is required to begin work
- Balance is due upon completion before pickup or shipment
- Deposits are non-refundable if work has begun
4. Cancellation Policy
Before Work Begins:
- You may cancel a quote acceptance before work begins
- No charges will apply if cancellation occurs before work commences
After Work Has Begun:
- If you cancel after work has commenced, you are responsible for the cost of work completed
- The 50% deposit for large projects is non-refundable once work begins
- Custom orders or specially prepared materials are non-refundable
5. Item Pickup and Storage
Completed items must be picked up within 30 days of our notification to you. After 30 days, a storage fee of $5 per day may apply.
Items left unclaimed for more than 90 days may be disposed of or sold to cover outstanding costs.
6. Pre-existing Conditions
We carefully inspect all items upon receipt and document any pre-existing damage, corrosion, or defects. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or corrosion that was not visible during initial inspection
- Underlying material failures that manifest after our work is complete
- Items that fail due to improper handling or storage after pickup
7. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment for the same service
- Billing errors on our part
- Quality issues confirmed by our assessment (re-work at no charge)
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.
